Registered office: Rua da Quinta, 3, Bloco 1, 5.º Dto., 4490-053 Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal. Phone: +351 962 100 089. For anything about personal data, write to dpo@nexoriontech.pt. What data we handle and why

When you write to us through the contact form, we handle your name, email, company, phone (when you give it) and message. We use this data to answer your request and follow it up. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw at any time.

Marketing communications

We only send you news if you tick the separate box, which is independent of the previous one and comes unticked. You can stop receiving them at any time.

Who we share it with

Requests reach us by email (Microsoft 365) and are recorded in our internal CRM, on a server hosted at Amen. We use Amen for hosting and Microsoft for email and scheduling calls. We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for other purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests that do not lead to a contract for 12 months from the last interaction. After that we delete or anonymise them. For clients, the deadlines of the contract and of tax law apply.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification or deletion of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent and ask for portability. Write to dpo@nexoriontech.pt. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

Visit counting

We count how many times each page is viewed, to understand what interests our visitors. The count is done on our own server, with no cookies and without storing your IP address. The log keeps only the page, the date, the time and the type of browser, and is deleted after 90 days. All that comes out of it is the number of visits per page and per day. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
